Brand Technologies

Manage brand technologies. Brand Technologies represet technical details extracted during PDF ingestion during a document upload. These are brand specific terms around technologies they have often trademarked. They are used during future enrichment steps to help build descriptions and feature lists.

When you enrich Products, MerchantOps can use the associated Brand Technology's to enrich the product description and features.

Viewing Technologies

To view your Technologies:

1. Navigate to Ingest → Brand Technologies in the sidebar
2. Click the Edit icon to change details about a brand technology
3. Click the Delete icon to delete the brand technology

List Information

Each Technology in the list shows:

• Name: Brand or vendor name
• Website: Primary website URL
• Products: Number of linked products
• Source URLs: Number of configured scraping sources
• Last Crawled: When the website was last scraped

Creating a Technology

Note: Brand Technologies are only created by extracting them from ingested PDF files through the document upload process.
